SMM Strategy & Growth Manager – iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand social media as a performance-oriented channel (Instagram, Telegram, X, TikTok)

• Create innovative strategies that encourage player return: interactive funnels, quizzes, and reactivation initiatives

• Take charge of the growth strategy, consistently experimenting with new concepts and hypotheses

• Analyze and enhance performance, directly impacting: LTV (Lifetime Value), registrations, deposits, and repeat deposits

• Collaborate closely with an SMM Specialist: assign clear tasks, oversee execution, and ensure quality aligned with KPIs

• Utilize AI tools to optimize workflows, analyze trends, and boost efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in iGaming for a similar position

• Robust background in SMM with an emphasis on growth, retention, or performance

• Proven experience in constructing retention and engagement funnels

• Familiarity with major social platforms and ecosystems: Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, X

• Data-driven approach with a strong focus on measurable outcomes

• Experience employing AI tools to optimize workflows and decision-making processes

• Proficiency in English: B1 level and above

• A portfolio is mandatory.
