SMB Construction Success Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and provide consultation on client construction processes.

• Establish yourself as a reliable advisor for customers.

• Attain expertise in the Fieldwire product and learn optimal practices for configuring and using the platform.

• Comprehend client construction requirements and technology frameworks to seamlessly integrate Fieldwire into daily operations.

• Build relationships with small and medium-sized customer accounts through proactive engagement.

• Facilitate web-based training sessions and demonstrations.

• Identify customer challenges and relay feedback to the product development team.

• Address product inquiries and resolve technical difficulties.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the construction industry, ideally encompassing both field and office management roles.

• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.

• Self-driven and exceptionally organized, with strong skills in time management.

• Demonstrates diplomacy and patience when addressing customer concerns.

• Comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels, from foremen to senior management.

• A foundational understanding of the construction process from inception to completion.

• General knowledge of how stakeholders in a construction project collaborate to achieve successful schedules and budgets.

• Capable of generating innovative solutions to client challenges.

• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
