SMB Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Drive profitability and efficiency within the SMB-Enterprise segment through strategic data analysis.

• Identify business opportunities and enhance operational processes.

• Analyze portfolio behavior to pinpoint clients with growth potential or churn risk.

• Manage and recommend adjustments to pricing policies and rates.

• Monitor contracts, leased assets, clauses, and service level agreements.

• Audit sales cycles to uncover deviations and hidden opportunities.

• Design workflows, guides, and support materials to standardize processes.

• Coordinate the activation of large corporate accounts and validate guarantees and supporting documentation.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and service continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professionals in business administration, economics, finance, or related fields.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• SQL knowledge is desirable.

• Proficient in commercial support.
