SMB AI Power User – Competitive Evaluations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute head-to-head prompts and multi-turn workflows involving the client's assistant and rival paid assistants, utilizing tasks from business operations and marketing.

• Develop and sustain realistic small-business test scenarios that encompass ad creative and copy, organic content planning, customer messaging, competitor research, pricing, scheduling, and light bookkeeping.

• Detect and document failure modes, which may include incorrect answers, refusals, inadequate instruction adherence, tonal discrepancies, brand-unsafe outputs, formatting problems, lost context, and unusable image or video outputs.

• Compose clear and reproducible reports that outline prompts, models and surfaces, expected versus actual outputs, severity, and business implications.

• Evaluate the value of bundled subscriptions against standalone competitor offerings for similar expenditures.

• Stress-test assistant functionalities within social and commerce surfaces, as well as in standalone chat products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Owner or operator of a small to medium-sized business, such as a sole proprietor, founder, or daily operator, within a company of approximately 1–200 employees.

• Regular and consistent use of generative AI tools for business operations and marketing on a daily basis.

• Personally managed an organic presence on Instagram and Facebook, including posting, Stories, Reels, and responding to comments and messages.

• Practical experience with paid advertising on Meta platforms, including the personal creation, launching, and optimization of campaigns with real budget allocations.

• Residing in the United States and authorized to work within the country.

• Ability to complete tasks within the established scope and timeline, potentially dedicating up to 40 hours per week.

• Exceptional written English skills adequate for describing failures reproducibly for engineering teams.

• Comfortable working autonomously according to a rubric and maintaining a consistent weekly output schedule.
