This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
⢠Overseeing a portfolio of small and medium-sized business customers, focusing on retention, renewals, and account expansion.
⢠Establishing trusted relationships with key stakeholders and serving as the main contact following implementation.
⢠Performing regular business reviews to gain insights into customer objectives, product usage, and overall account health.
⢠Spotting upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities that enhance customer value and improve business outcomes.
⢠Crafting retention strategies for accounts at risk and implementing plans to reduce churn.
⢠Offering best practice advice and workflow suggestions to enable customers to maximize their Bullhorn investment.
⢠Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.
⢠Keeping precise account plans, forecasts, risks, and opportunities updated within Bullhorn CRM.
⢠Background in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or another customer-facing commercial position.
⢠Demonstrated success in cultivating strong customer relationships that foster retention and revenue growth.
⢠Passion for consultative selling and assisting customers in overcoming business challenges.
⢠Proficient in identifying and advancing commercial opportunities through to successful closure.
⢠Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
⢠Highly organized and adept at managing a demanding portfolio of customer accounts.
⢠Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities effectively.
⢠Inquisitive, resilient, and dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development.
⢠Bonus points for experience in SaaS or other technology sectors.
⢠Familiarity with the staffing and recruitment industry.
⢠Experience with CRM platforms or customer success tools.
⢠Knowledge of using AI tools to enhance productivity, customer engagement, or account planning.
