SMB Account Executive, SaaS Veterinary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire sales process from initial discovery to closing deals.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with veterinarians, practice managers, and clinic owners.

• Conduct workflow-oriented demonstrations that link operational issues to quantifiable results.

• Assist buyers in understanding the clinical, operational, and financial implications of changes.

• Guide potential clients through a well-defined evaluation and decision-making journey.

• Ensure consistent follow-up and maintain deal momentum throughout your sales pipeline.

• Become knowledgeable about veterinary workflows, practice operations, and Digitail’s platform.

• Collaborate closely with onboarding and customer success teams to facilitate smooth transitions for new clients.

• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance with a strong sense of ownership.

• Regularly meet and surpass sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

• Background in veterinary medicine or experience selling to veterinary practices.

• Excellent consultative selling abilities and a customer-centric approach.

• Inquisitive, open to coaching, and dedicated to ongoing development.

• Highly organized with exceptional time management capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly.

• Strong communicator who can establish trust with clinic owners, veterinarians, and practice managers.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.
