Ejecutivo de Ventas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide support to second-line customers via Claro's 123 channel.

• Promote and sell upgrades for CLARO services.

• Communicate benefits and service enhancements based on customer needs.

• Adhere to established protocols and quality standards for home and mobile services.

• Work from Monday to Sunday with one day off assigned after training completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in call centers, sales, retention, customer service, among others.

• Completed secondary education or ongoing/completed technical and/or university studies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office at a user level.

• Availability to work remotely; only OJT will be in person.

• Must have a PC or laptop, stable internet, and USB headset.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Effective communication skills.

• Negotiation abilities.
