This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, which includes product demonstrations and presentations.
• Actively seek new business opportunities within the SMB segment (up to 1,000 employees) and develop a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Directly engage with key decision-makers to assess their requirements and effectively position Keepit’s solutions.
• Proactively oversee and prioritize your pipeline, ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
• Continuously explore innovative methods to connect with prospects and create opportunities in the region.
• Share insights and best practices to enhance the overall sales approach within the team.
• Demonstrated success in new business sales within the SMB segment (up to 1,000 employees).
• Experience in sectors such as the public sector is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or IT solution sales, preferably within cloud, backup, or similar technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
• Capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle.
• Proficient in cultivating trust-based relationships with prospective decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, exhibiting a strong hunter mentality.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Located in Brasilia.
