This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Begin your journey by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan, immersing yourself in a pool of prospects, and building robust relationships that pave the way for successful business ventures.
• Proactively manage the entire sales process—qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and finalizing deals—while collaborating closely with our exceptional presales team.
• Engage thoroughly with key decision-makers, ensuring they recognize the transformative potential of our solutions and how they can utilize Calabrio to enhance their customer experience.
• Utilize your creativity and insights to formulate strategies that resonate effectively in the market, driving demand and interest in our offerings.
• Work collaboratively with marketing to leverage campaigns, product launches, and promotions that align with your target audience.
• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that includes prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing opportunities.
• Qualify and oversee leads throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Support and utilize field marketing, product launches, promotions, and other programs that generate leads or sales.
• Efficiently collect intelligence on markets, prospects, and competitors using various resources.
• Achieve or surpass quota expectations.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling complex B2B software products.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in prospecting and utilizing tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• Proven success in employing a consultative approach with key business and technical executives, particularly technical CXOs and VPs.
• A consistent track record of exceeding targets, with demonstrated multi-year quota achievement.
• A reliable team player with a strong drive to succeed.
• A college or university degree; degrees in technical disciplines or related fields are preferred.
• Familiarity with MEDDDPIC to drive business outcomes with customers and prospects.
