Smart Manufacturing & Supply Chain AI Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Implement AI-driven product development from initial concept to deployment, ongoing adoption, scaling, and continuous enhancement.

• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and technology teams to create and deliver an AI product pipeline.

• Lead the processes of discovery, business case formulation, solution design, prioritization, pilot programs, deployment, scaling, and value tracking.

• Convert business requirements into an AI product vision, roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and delivery strategies.

• Work with senior business and enterprise stakeholders to define priorities, navigate trade-offs, align investments, and establish KPIs and value realization metrics.

• Propel the development and scaling of Smart Manufacturing and Supply Chain AI products, which include Gen AI assistants, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and decision-support tools.

• Transform business challenges into AI product specifications, encompassing user workflows, data requirements, guardrails, testing standards, adoption strategies, and scalable operating models.

• Create deliverables, project charters, delivery schedules, and reports for AI product initiatives.

• Foster readiness, adoption, and sustained value realization through collaboration with change management and operational teams.

• Establish operational rhythms for intake, prioritization, stage-gate assessments, backlog reviews, demonstrations, adoption monitoring, and value realization.

• Utilize AI capabilities to enhance manufacturing performance, decision-making quality, process efficiency, knowledge management, and frontline workflows.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints while recommending strategies for mitigation and trade-off decisions.

• Serve as a functional thought leader in product management practices and emerging technologies related to digital, analytics, automation, Gen AI, and agentic AI.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 4–6 years of pertinent experience in product management, product ownership, digital delivery, or related positions.

• Prior experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain settings.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into prioritized product backlogs and deliverables.

• Technical proficiency with data, analytics, APIs, Python, automation, or AI development environments.

• Experience in developing or deploying AI-enabled solutions, such as Gen AI assistants, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, or decision-support tools.

• Demonstrated capability to lead by influence and align various stakeholders around a unified product vision.

• Experience managing digital, data, analytics, automation, or AI products applied in operational contexts.

• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to guide prioritization and decision-making.

• Working knowledge of agile principles, frameworks, and metrics.

• Experience supporting technology-driven business transformation or change initiatives.

• Understanding of AI product development concepts, including Gen AI, agentic AI, machine learning, automation, data products, or digital workflow solutions.

• Familiarity with Gen AI and agentic AI solution patterns, including prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow orchestration, tool/action integration, model evaluation, human-in-the-loop controls, and responsible AI practices.
