• Driving ongoing growth for Neat by identifying potential new customers.
• Utilizing your regional network to discover new business opportunities, attending events, and serving as an ambassador for Neat.
• Assessing territorial and vertical opportunities while taking full responsibility for the strategic approach within your area.
• Staying informed about market trends and understanding the competitive landscape and potential opportunities.
• Providing market insights to the product and development teams, delivering a crucial 360-degree perspective on the opportunities in the region.
• Serving as a trusted colleague within your team, offering mentorship and coaching.
• Defining, designing, and refining our sales processes to ensure Neat is prepared for the next phase of our hyper-growth.
• Extensive experience in implementing effective sales strategies.
• Regional knowledge of customers in small businesses.
• Experience in scaling a rapidly growing technology company is essential.
• Expertise in designing strategic go-to-market plans.
• Proven track record in developing new business and expanding into new areas.
• Familiarity with video conferencing technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
