This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Rapidly assess the challenges faced by our potential customers and identify the most effective inbound marketing solutions for their enterprises.
• Consistently achieve new business closures at or exceeding quota levels.
• Cultivate relationships with highly qualified prospects within small-sized companies.
• Establish connections with prospects and internal stakeholders to expand new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to refine our sales strategy as new features and products are launched.
• Contribute to shaping the future of HubSpot's mission through your insights, ideas, and expertise.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the complete sales cycle.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Exceptional consultative selling and closing abilities.
• Precise forecasting and effective pipeline management.
• Proven track record of high performance (e.g., exceeding quota, President's Club recognition).
• A strong focus on achieving your goals, backed by a determined approach.
