This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• End-to-end recruitment management.
• Oversee the recruiting process from the submission of candidates to the coordination of interviews.
• Perform structured phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate experience, dependability, and suitability.
• Collaborate closely with internal team members to expedite candidate interviews and ensure strong visibility of the pipeline.
• Keep candidates updated throughout the process and maintain professional communication from the initial contact through to the final hiring decision.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full-cycle recruiting process.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong critical thinking and candidate assessment abilities.
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection with a backup plan for power or internet outages.
• Preferred experience in recruiting for skilled trades or construction positions.
• Experience recruiting for companies in the U.S.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting platforms such as HubSpot, Recruitee, and Slack.
