Ski Resort Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the logistics of guests' accommodations

• Welcome school groups upon arrival at the airport

• Assist party leaders during their entire stay

• Arrange lift passes, ski lessons, activities, and excursions

• Address issues and fulfill requests from party leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding customer service abilities

• Understanding of the requirements of teachers managing our school groups

• Experience with children (preferred)

• Familiarity with the ski industry and organizing group ski trips

• Proficient level of ski/snowboard skills (advantageous)

• Strong organizational capabilities

• Exceptional communication skills

• Possession of a full clean driving license (preferably with experience driving in Europe)

• Eligibility to work in the UK (must have a permanent UK address, UK bank account, national insurance number, and UK passport/suitable visa)

• Must complete a DBS check prior to commencing the role.
