This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Create and implement a dynamic business strategy for the territory, focusing on geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Exhibit extensive knowledge in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the wider skeletal dysplasia field; engage with healthcare professionals in clinically pertinent, compliant discussions.
• Leverage sales and target data to pinpoint growth prospects and proactively tackle territory challenges.
• Foresee potential business hurdles, adapt priorities when necessary, show flexibility, and devise solutions to overcome challenges.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to enhance customer and family satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in conjunction with Marketing and Medical Affairs to bolster advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.
• Embrace a “One Bridge” mentality—working together across the organization to execute company initiatives and represent BridgeBio with integrity.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in sales skills, along with clinical, market, and product knowledge, as well as an understanding of the territory's business environment.
• Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• A minimum of 4 years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia is essential.
• A BS/BA degree is required; an MBA is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products into competitive or new markets.
• Experience in analyzing complex accounts, developing strategies, and driving implementation to achieve measurable results.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
