This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Create and implement an engaging territory business strategy aimed at geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multi-disciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Exhibit extensive knowledge of Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the wider skeletal dysplasia field; initiate clinically relevant and compliant conversations with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Utilize sales and target analytics to pinpoint growth prospects and proactively tackle challenges within the territory.
• Anticipate potential business obstacles, adapt priorities as necessary, show flexibility, and devise solutions to overcome challenges.
• Collaborate compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to enhance customer and family satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in conjunction with Marketing and Medical Affairs to bolster advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.
• Embrace a “One Bridge” approach—working collaboratively across the organization to implement company initiatives and represent BridgeBio with integrity.
• Maintain an exceptional level of expertise in sales techniques, clinical knowledge, market awareness, and the business landscape of the territory.
• Ensure that all activities adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector; at least 4 years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia is essential. Experience with achondroplasia or pediatric rare diseases is highly preferred.
• A BS/BA degree is required; an MBA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively is necessary.
• Proven success in launching products in competitive or new markets, including generating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex accounts, develop strategies, and drive implementation to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence both internally and externally, coupled with high accountability, sound judgment, and excellent organizational abilities.
