This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Create and implement an engaging territory business plan aimed at geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multi-disciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the wider skeletal dysplasia landscape; engage healthcare professionals in clinically pertinent, compliant conversations.
• Leverage sales and target analytics to pinpoint growth prospects and proactively tackle territory challenges.
• Anticipate potential business obstacles, modify priorities as necessary, show adaptability, and devise solutions to overcome challenges.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to enhance customer and family satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with KOLs in conjunction with Marketing and Medical Affairs to broaden advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.
• Operate with a “One Bridge” philosophy—working collaboratively across the organization to implement company initiatives and represent BridgeBio with integrity.
• Maintain an outstanding level of expertise in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market awareness, and the business environment of the territory.
• Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector; a minimum of 4 years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia is mandatory. Experience with achondroplasia or pediatric rare diseases is strongly preferred.
• A BS/BA degree is required; an MBA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively is essential.
• Experience with product/indication launches: A proven track record of successfully introducing products into competitive or new markets, including generating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
• Account management expertise: Proven success in analyzing complex accounts, formulating strategies, and driving implementation to achieve measurable results.
• Leadership & communication skills: Effective communication and influence abilities, both internally and externally—with a strong sense of accountability, sound judgment, and excellent organizational capabilities.
• AI fluency: Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in utilizing AI-driven tools and technologies.
