This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Create and implement a comprehensive territory business plan aimed at geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Exhibit profound knowledge of Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the wider skeletal dysplasia field; engage healthcare professionals in clinically pertinent and compliant conversations.
• Leverage sales and target data to pinpoint growth opportunities and proactively tackle challenges within the territory.
• Anticipate potential business obstacles, adapt priorities as necessary, exhibit flexibility, and devise solutions to overcome these challenges.
• Collaborate compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to enhance customer and family satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs to broaden advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.
• Function with an “One Bridge” mindset—cooperating across the organization to implement company initiatives and represent BridgeBio with integrity.
• Maintain an outstanding level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market insight, product knowledge, and the business landscape of the territory.
• Ensure all activities adhere to applicable regulations, company policies, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• 8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries; a minimum of 4 years in rare diseases, genetic conditions, or skeletal dysplasia is mandatory. Experience in achondroplasia or pediatric rare diseases is highly preferred.
• A BS/BA degree is required; an MBA is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively is essential.
• Experience in product or indication launches: A proven track record of successfully launching products in competitive or new markets, including creating demand through education on disease states and stakeholder engagement.
• Account management: Proven success in analyzing complex accounts, formulating strategies, and driving implementation to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Leadership & communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to influence both internally and externally, with a high degree of accountability, sound judgment, and excellent organizational skills.
• AI fluency: Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in utilizing AI-powered tools and technologies.
