This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Create and implement a comprehensive territory business strategy aimed at geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multi-disciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Exhibit profound knowledge in Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the broader skeletal dysplasia field; engage healthcare professionals in clinically relevant and compliant conversations.
• Leverage sales and target data to pinpoint growth opportunities and proactively tackle territory challenges.
• Foresee potential business obstacles, adjust priorities when necessary, display adaptability, and devise solutions to address issues.
• Collaborate compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to enhance customer and family satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs to promote advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.
• Operate with a “One Bridge” mindset—working together across the organization to implement company initiatives and represent BridgeBio with integrity.
• Maintain an exceptional level of expertise in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market understanding, and the business environment of the territory.
• Ensure that all activities adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; a minimum of 4 years in rare disease, genetic disease, or skeletal dysplasia is required. Experience with achondroplasia or pediatric rare diseases is highly preferred.
• A BS/BA degree is required; an MBA is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience in product/indication launches: A proven track record of successfully launching products into competitive or new markets, including generating demand through education about the disease state and stakeholders.
• Account management: Proven success in analyzing complex accounts, developing strategies, and driving implementation to achieve measurable results.
• Leadership and communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally, demonstrating high accountability, sound judgment, and excellent organizational abilities.
• AI fluency: Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability with AI-driven tools and technologies.
