This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage the daily operations of agents and independent contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and meeting client expectations.
• Act as the main escalation contact for local operational challenges.
• Maintain a professional office presence to facilitate client visits and represent the company in the local area.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to assist in hiring efforts for in-country support, ensuring an efficient vetting and onboarding process.
• Work in conjunction with legal and HR departments to oversee documentation and audits.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a BPO or virtual contact center setting.
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership, with a focus on managing remote or distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with international teams and clients.
• Professional shared workspace (e.g., WeWork).
