Site Strategy Manager, Data Center Sites

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and oversee a variety of moderate to large-scale projects and programs.

• Assist in the utility and land development for cutting-edge digital infrastructure.

• Concentrate on site development planning specifically for data centers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and consultants.

• Train and implement machine-learning-based program and project management delivery platforms.

• Establish trust with clients, local communities, and regulatory as well as economic development entities.

• Drive the completion of due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.

• 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management.

• Proven experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.

• Licensed Professional Engineer, Architect, or Land Planner (preferred).

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or Urban Planning (preferred).

• 12 or more years of experience in general land development, infrastructure, or project management (preferred).

• Proficient in data center operations and the site development and construction processes.

• Experience in managing client relationships and comprehending their business needs.
