Site Reliability Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Enhance the performance, availability, and scalability of extensive distributed content delivery systems.

• Define and establish quantifiable Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Offer technical expertise and insights on system designs and implementations.

• Monitor platform availability and performance, analyze data, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement preventive measures.

• Develop and execute automation solutions to boost operational efficiency.

• Engage in architecture and design reviews.

• Keep abreast of advancements in cloud computing, DevOps, and SRE practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in validating data integrity, analyzing anomalies, and generating reports using Oracle SQL.

• Strong skills in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ADBMS, and Datadog.

• Proficient in Unix/Linux operating systems.
