• Analyze dashboards and logs, formulate PromQL and LogQL queries, rectify Helm and Kubernetes configurations, revert problematic deployments, and document post-mortems.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana (or Datadog or New Relic), log stacks like Loki, ELK, or Splunk, infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Helm, and a CI/CD system.

• Proficient in Python, Go, or Bash, with the ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases.

• Capable of articulating reasoning clearly and professionally while working.

• Dependable availability for scheduled live sessions and a commitment to providing evidence for every conclusion drawn.

• All solutions, documentation, and reviews must originate from the candidate; the use of LLM-generated code or text is prohibited.

• Scenarios and solutions must be unique and not derived from published or easily searchable sources.

• Must refrain from including code, configuration, runbooks, or incident details from current or previous employers or clients, or anything protected by an NDA.
