This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Operate in high-scale environments that manage 55TB of data each day
• Embrace innovative technologies while taking on full end-to-end responsibility
• Develop internal tools to enhance platform functionalities
• Partner with R&D to boost system stability and reliability
• Guide and shape the product roadmap
• Execute operational tasks for FedRAMP cloud products, which include deployments, on-call support, and incident management
• Collaborate as a member of the Cloud Infrastructure Team, concentrating on Enterprise FedRAMP Cloud Infrastructure
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer in production settings
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes; operating and monitoring are essential components
• At least 2 years of experience with FedRAMP compliance (High/Moderate levels), vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring, including scanning, patching, and reporting — preferred
• Strong familiarity with monitoring tools such as Coralogix, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code, including tools like Terraform or Crossplane
• Knowledge of networking layers and protocols, including HTTP, gRPC, and SSL
• Some background in software engineering, ideally in Golang
• Experience in operating data pipelines — preferred
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka — preferred
