Site Reliability Engineer – FedRAMP, Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Operate in high-scale environments managing 55 TB of data each day

• Embrace innovative technologies with comprehensive end-to-end accountability

• Develop internal tools to enhance platform functionalities

• Partner with R&D to boost system stability and reliability

• Shape and guide the product roadmap

• Execute operational responsibilities for FedRAMP cloud products, which include deployments, on-call support, and incident management

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer/SRE within production settings

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, covering both operation and monitoring

• At least 2 years of experience in FedRAMP compliance (High/Moderate levels), vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring, including activities like scanning, patching, and reporting — advantageous

• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools like Coralogix, Grafana, and Prometheus

• Experience with AWS or other cloud services

• Proficient in infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or Crossplane

• Familiarity with networking layers and protocols, including HTTP, gRPC, and SSL

• Some background in software engineering, preferably using Golang

• Experience in operating data pipelines — beneficial

• Knowledge of Apache Kafka — advantageous
