Site Reliability Engineer, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure specifically for Amazon Connect environments.

• Deploy and manage Amazon Connect environments across Development, Staging, and Production phases.

• Leverage AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges, and related services to facilitate deployments.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code modules utilizing Terraform Enterprise.

• Ensure the Terraform code is maintainable, reusable, and adheres to best practices.

• Construct and manage CI/CD pipelines for the automated deployment and updates of infrastructure.

• Integrate Terraform Enterprise with CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless deployments.

• Monitor infrastructure performance and address deployment-related challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience with AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, and Data Bridges.

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Enterprise.

• Proficiency in constructing and managing CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or comparable tools.

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.

• Experience in managing multi-environment deployments across Development, Staging, and Production.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and cloud security practices.

• Experience in Agile and collaborative work settings.
