Site Reliability Engineer, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and establish AWS infrastructure tailored for Amazon Connect environments.

• Deploy and oversee Amazon Connect environments in Development, Staging, and Production phases.

• Utilize AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Data Bridges, and related tools to facilitate deployments.

• Create and sustain Infrastructure as Code modules utilizing Terraform Enterprise.

• Ensure the Terraform code is maintainable, reusable, and adheres to best practices.

• Construct and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and updates of infrastructure.

• Integrate Terraform Enterprise with CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes.

• Monitor the performance of the infrastructure and resolve deployment-related challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with AWS services, particularly Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, EventBridge, and Data Bridges.

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code through Terraform Enterprise.

• Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of best practices in cloud infrastructure design and deployment.

• Experience in managing deployments across multiple environments, including Development, Staging, and Production.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and cloud security practices.

• Experience working in Agile and collaborative team settings.
