Site Payment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Lead for Site Payment Services inquiries pertaining to assigned studies and act as the main contact for project teams.

• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and take ownership of issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with Project Leadership, Global Site Contracts, eClinical Business Implementation, and Global Clinical Operations.

• Evaluate and deliver data insights to various stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to Investigator payment timelines as dictated by contractual agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Clinical Research Organization; Business; Finance/Accounting; or a similar field.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in MS Excel for detailed spreadsheet analysis.

• Strong capability in utilizing MS Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Ability to thrive in a decentralized matrix environment and be an effective team collaborator.
