Site Management Associate – Clinical Trials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Act as a principal contact for investigative sites during clinical research initiatives.

• Assist sites in the daily execution of clinical trials.

• Ensure prompt communication and follow-up with sites.

• Coordinate the resolution of site-specific inquiries.

• Promote collaboration among sites, project teams, and other stakeholders.

• Provide project training and access to study-related and vendor systems for site teams.

• Monitor study and site activities, following up on outstanding tasks.

• Help maintain project timelines.

• Keep precise study information updated in relevant systems.

• Ensure that essential documentation is comprehensive and current.

• Manage information flow and communication across internal teams and external partners.

• Support project meetings by preparing agendas and recording minutes.

• Follow up on action items agreed upon.

• Minimum of 6 months' experience in clinical research.

• Degree in Life Sciences.

• Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability.

• Team-oriented with exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Positive approach to tasks and projects.

• Proficient in standard MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
