This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure the protection of the site/warehouse building and its contents by developing and overseeing security protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager (CM) and Project Manager (PM) to establish budgets for tools, equipment, and warehouse expenses/purchases.
• Manage inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliation with the data management system.
• Preserve warehouse conditions by planning layouts, conducting equipment inspections, issuing repair work orders, and managing replacement requisitions.
• Conduct audits and report on inventory while maintaining digital material-flow logs.
• Export data from Hubble into Excel for the tracking of incoming, outgoing, and existing inventory.
• Keep precise material trackers in Hubble, Excel, or Smartsheet to provide visibility for project teams.
• Supervise warehouse associates, including monitoring their work, attendance, time management, and safe equipment operation.
• Develop warehouse practices and protocols aimed at enhancing efficiency.
• Establish and communicate weekly goals for the warehouse and the team with executive management and team leaders.
• Oversee compliance with federal and state safety regulations, completing safety reports using VI safety software and Procore.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and other departments to facilitate product shipment and tracking in alignment with project timelines.
• Confirm warehouse locations and budget considerations in coordination with the PM.
• Formulate logistics plans utilizing the company template.
• Recruit and manage warehouse personnel alongside the CM/Site Lead.
• Implement warehouse scanners, racking systems, barcoded locations, and organizational systems.
• Receive, store, and transfer materials using scanners while ensuring alignment between physical and digital records.
• Plan material look-ahead and staging to support timely site deliveries and minimize installation delays.
• Assist with jigs, prefabrication areas, and processes to enhance installation efficiency.
• Coordinate inventory and shipping dates with SC/VIM/NADC to align with installation and delivery timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory reports in shared project files, ensuring no more than a 36-hour delay in updates.
• Perform bi-weekly self-audits.
• Relay issues and requirements to the project team.
• Oversee material-management tasks at the PWH and input data into Omnitrackers.
• Train staff on reporting requirements and ensure the maintenance of safe, code-compliant warehouses.
• Conduct site walk-throughs with SM team members at least twice a week.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, including goal setting, motivation, and conflict resolution.
• Valid Forklift Certification.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Strong written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.

• Proficient in using inventory management software and organizational computer applications.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create supply chain and warehouse inventory reports.
• Physical strength and stamina; must be capable of walking or standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of VLOOKUP and concatenation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with mechanical equipment, including motors and baggage handling systems, is a plus.
• Ability to uphold safety standards and ensure code compliance in warehouses.
• Proficient in managing and leading material-management responsibilities.
• This position is full-time and exempt from overtime.
