Site Contracts Negotiator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the negotiation and implementation of clinical trial agreements and budgets across various studies.

• Engage in negotiations for site contracts and budgets with investigator sites, adhering to established parameters and guidelines.

• Assess and modify contract language to align with sponsor needs, local regulations, and site feedback.

• Oversee a portfolio of contracts, track cycle times, and proactively tackle obstacles to execution.

• Work collaboratively with legal, finance, and project teams to address contractual queries and ensure cohesive alignment.

• Keep precise records of negotiations, approvals, and finalized agreements in appropriate systems.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of contract templates, processes, and guidance.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members as appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Relevant experience in site contracting, contract administration, or comparable roles within CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.

• A solid understanding of clinical trial agreements and principles of budget negotiation.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple contracts and timelines, with a focus on detail and quality.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
