This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing through electronic processing and reporting for a designated portfolio of accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies.
• Stay informed about contract progress related to invoicing units.
• Collaborate closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and address discrepancies for assigned clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
