This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare, negotiate, and facilitate the execution and retention of site agreements, confidentiality agreements, letters of indemnification, and other contracts for Sponsors.
• Engage in direct negotiations with assigned sites regarding clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.
• Monitor, negotiate, and secure approval for Site Agreements and templates on behalf of clinical study teams.
• Maintain and update the Site Agreement Management System (SAMS) along with departmental contract tracking systems.
• Identify and escalate contracting challenges to line management or relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee assigned studies in alignment with Sponsor requirements.
• Handle contract administration tasks, including securing approvals, tracking contract and signing status, notifying team members of executed contracts and values, and managing the scanning and filing of contracts.
• Provide regular status updates to management on open contracts and any outstanding issues.
• Draft, negotiate, review, and process contracts in line with departmental practices and policies.
• Implement ICH GCP principles and adhere to quality standard procedures.
• Recognize obstacles within the contracting process and collaborate with relevant teams to minimize delays.
• Communicate with clinical study teams regarding contract specifics, timelines, and status updates.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of departmental processes and procedures.
• Complete timesheets, required training documentation, expense reports, and other designated responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree (LLB, JD, BA, or BS) is preferred.
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Capability to articulate data to support data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge and comprehension of clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with grant management systems.
• Fluent in business English, both oral and written.
• Ability to apply ICH GCP principles and comply with quality standard procedures.
