This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Serving as a single point of contact for borrowers during their engagement with loss mitigation options or while in active foreclosure status.
• Assisting borrowers in understanding the available assistance programs and options at their disposal.
• Communicating updates regarding loss mitigation and foreclosure decisions to borrowers verbally.
• Gathering additional information and documentation required from borrowers for both retention and disposition options.
• Complying with all regulatory and compliance standards and requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Two to four years of experience in clerical or administrative roles.
• Capability to identify and resolve issues or exceptions, as well as interpret and analyze data with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in researching and managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong PC skills, particularly in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adaptability to a continually evolving environment.
