This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Lead and enhance strategic partnerships within the semiconductor and AI infrastructure landscape.
• Establish and oversee strategic relationships with partners in the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundries and ASIC design collaborators.
• Formulate a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's silicon roadmap.
• Identify partnership opportunities that can enhance product execution, technological differentiation, and market credibility.
• Act as an external representative for the company, engaging with senior executives.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on technical specifications and commercial terms.
• Assist in licensing and partnership negotiations with IP and EDA vendors.
• Cultivate strategic relationships within the advanced packaging and backend manufacturing domains.
• Work alongside business development, sales, marketing, and product teams to bolster the company’s market position.
• Foster trusted relationships with senior executives at ecosystem partners.
• Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor, AI infrastructure, silicon partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, product management, or similar roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundries, ASIC design, IP, EDA, advanced packaging, memory, substrate, OSAT, and system-level partners.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, legal, finance, sales, and marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities, including experience with partnership frameworks, licensing models, supply agreements, and joint development discussions.
• Technical proficiency in areas such as AI accelerators, SoCs, chiplets, advanced nodes, packaging, HBM, PCIe, Ethernet, and data center infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust with external partners and lead complex, multi-party initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive writing skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly technical environment.
