This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Siebel application projects and enhancements, encompassing project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and closure.
• Manage several simultaneous Siebel initiatives while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, technical standards, and program priorities.
• Act as the main liaison for business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership regarding Siebel delivery activities and project progress.
• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Siebel architects, developers, QA/testing teams, infrastructure teams, database administrators, integration partners, and operational support teams.
• Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies, SDLC processes, governance standards, quality controls, and change management protocols.
• Monitor and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, implementing proactive risk mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Facilitate discussions on requirements, conduct project status meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and prepare executive-level reports.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance, deliverables, and contractual commitments related to Siebel initiatives.
• Ensure the successful integration of Siebel solutions with both internal and external enterprise systems and applications.
• Coordinate testing activities, resolve defects, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), plan deployment, and oversee production release activities.
• Handle change requests and ensure alignment between evolving business needs and approved project objectives.
• Track and report on delivery metrics, milestones, financials, resource utilization, risks, and overall project health to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless transition of delivered solutions into production support and operational teams, including knowledge transfer and completion of documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery processes, operational efficiency, project governance, and team collaboration.
• Assist in strategic planning, budgeting, and prioritization activities for Siebel programs and future enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in managing the delivery of enterprise CRM application projects, preferably within Oracle Siebel environments.
• Strong comprehension of Siebel CRM architecture, development lifecycle, integrations, and methodologies for enterprise application delivery.
• Proven capability in leading cross-functional technical teams and managing intricate, large-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and competing priorities within fast-paced environments.
• Preferred experience with vendor management, contract coordination, and oversight of third-party delivery.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are advantageous.
