📋 Description

• Transform raw video footage into refined short-form content suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Incorporate captions, graphics, sound effects, and music to improve viewer retention.

• Ensure a quick turnaround — delivering edits within 24–48 hours of receiving footage.

• Consistently apply NoGigiddy's visual style guide across all produced content.

• Work collaboratively with creators and the social team on project briefs and feedback.

• Adapt longer videos into several short clips for use across various platforms.

• Keep up-to-date with editing trends, including hook structures, caption styles, and pacing.

• A formal degree is not necessary.

• A robust short-form video editing portfolio — please provide 3–5 examples.

• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable editing software.

• Quick and detail-oriented — maintaining high-quality standards even under tight deadlines.

• Familiar with content performance metrics specific to TikTok and Reels.

• Dependable, communicative, and open to constructive feedback.
