This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Collaborate with the internal team on a three-month project aimed at assessing TikTok Shop as a scalable conversion channel for two consumer brands.
• Establish the methodology, testing roadmap, and criteria for success.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights on whether and how TikTok Shop can be expanded as a performance and commerce engine.
• Create a comprehensive TikTok Shop strategy customized for two unique brands.
• Determine success metrics and decision-making criteria to assess long-term sustainability.
• Design a systematic test-and-learn roadmap focusing on pricing and discount strategies.
• Offer strategic advice on test prioritization, sequencing, and analysis.
• Evaluate results from ongoing tests and convert performance data into strategic recommendations.
• Present clear suggestions for optimization, iteration, and potential scaling.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and subject-matter authority on TikTok Shop.
• Proven experience in leading TikTok Shop strategy from the brand, agency, or consulting perspective.
• In-depth understanding of TikTok Shop as a commerce platform, extending beyond content alone.
• Experience in designing experiments and deriving clear insights from imperfect data.
• A strategic thinker capable of guiding teams without the necessity for direct execution.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, project-based environment.
