This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and sustain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows that support cybersecurity processes and initiatives.
• Create and tailor Power Apps solutions to digitize and automate workflows, requests, and approvals related to cybersecurity.
• Develop and manage Power Automate flows for system integration, routine task automation, and secure data transfer.
• Produce and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that reflect security metrics, incident trends, and operational performance.
• Collect requirements from cybersecurity stakeholders, convert them into technical specifications, and deliver secure, user-centric solutions.
• Implement and uphold security, permission models, and governance standards across SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Enhance performance, reliability, and usability through ongoing improvements and refactoring.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Document solution designs, configurations, data flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Keep abreast of developments in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and best practices in cybersecurity.
• Assist in change management by providing user training, demonstrations, and communications.
• Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams regarding security policies, compliance requirements, and data protection standards.
• Over 5 years of professional experience as a SharePoint Developer or in a closely related Microsoft 365 development role.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions with SharePoint Online (or SharePoint 2016+), including site architecture, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, including the development of canvas and/or model-driven apps that integrate with SharePoint and other data sources.
• Practical experience with Power Automate for automating workflows, integrating systems, and orchestrating processes.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and secure data access.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles such as access control, least-privilege principles, data classification, and secure configuration of Microsoft 365 services.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, secure technical solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools and services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD, and their integration with SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and modern SharePoint frameworks is preferred.
• Experience in implementing and managing SharePoint permissions, governance policies, and content lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate across functions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
