This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and maintain contemporary SharePoint Online sites, pages, templates, web parts, and UI components with an emphasis on delivering exceptional intranet user experiences.
• Construct custom solutions utilizing SPFx or Add-in models tailored for GCC High environments, ensuring the implementation of scalable, maintainable, and secure code.
• Generate cohesive, responsive, and visually appealing intranet interfaces by adhering to modern design standards, JSON formatting, and component-based design methodologies.
• Create user-focused components that facilitate personalization, audience targeting, dynamic content delivery, and improved user journeys.
• Work in close collaboration with the dedicated SharePoint Administrator to guarantee that solutions integrate effortlessly into governed environments.
• Collaborate with content owners and business stakeholders to convert requirements into intuitive, development-driven SharePoint experiences that boost discoverability and productivity.
• Enhance content discoverability through well-organized hubs, navigation, and content structuring.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, brand consistency, readability, and adherence to enterprise UX standards.
• Assist in the administration of SharePoint Online (GCC High), including site collections, permissions, governance, and provisioning.
• Fine-tune Microsoft Search settings, including managed properties, synonyms, verticals, and refiners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of experience with SharePoint Online (development, customization, administration).
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) within Microsoft 365 GCC High.
• Strong expertise in UX, navigation, branding, content organization, and user adoption.
• Proven experience in metadata management, taxonomy, and information architecture.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and user-centered design abilities.
• Familiarity with data and knowledge management principles, records management, and M365 governance.
