Settlement Specialist – AP/AR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the prompt processing of all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities related to Trading and Marketing.

• Guarantees the timely creation of sales invoices.

• Aids in the swift payment of product and related ancillary expenses.

• Delivers exceptional external customer service.

• Facilitates the resolution of process discrepancies in coordination with internal colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with RightAngle and Oracle is advantageous.
