This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.
β’ Review daily service sessions along with related documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
β’ Verify the accuracy of session dates, times, service details, providers, and other necessary information.
β’ Examine session notes and supporting documentation for any missing or inconsistent data.
β’ Identify errors, discrepancies, or incomplete records in documentation and facilitate necessary corrections.
β’ Adhere to established protocols for session verification and documentation review.
β’ Monitor pending, completed, rejected, or corrected sessions effectively.
β’ Keep precise records of verification activities and any outstanding issues.
β’ Report recurring documentation or compliance issues to the relevant supervisor.
β’ Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, administrative, and billing teams when clarification is needed.
β’ Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with relevant stakeholders.
β’ Manage documentation with confidentiality, adhering to applicable privacy regulations.
β’ Assist in internal audits and quality-control reviews as required.
β’ Track recurring issues and identify areas for enhancing documentation accuracy and workflow efficiency.
β’ Achieve daily or weekly productivity and accuracy objectives.
β’ Proficiency in both Spanish and English, in written and verbal forms, is mandatory.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related discipline is preferred.
β’ 1β2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, medical/clinical documentation, ABA, behavioral health, insurance, billing, or quality assurance is preferred.
β’ Experience in reviewing clinical or healthcare documentation is highly desirable.
β’ Familiarity with ABA terminology, therapy sessions, or behavioral health documentation is beneficial.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy in data entry.
β’ Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
β’ Capacity to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
β’ Comfortable handling repetitive, detail-oriented quality-control tasks.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
β’ Proficient in using spreadsheets, databases, and standard office productivity software.
β’ Ability to manage confidential patient/client information appropriately.
β’ Comfortable working under deadlines and managing a high volume of records.
