Servicetechniker im Außendienst – Region Ulm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps for end customers and system operators.

• Service-oriented consultation for our heating business customers, both over the phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support your colleagues in technical field service in the broader area of your assigned region.

• Take on on-call duty with the aim of providing rapid assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are technically skilled, enjoy working on heating solutions, and demonstrate strong customer orientation along with a willingness to travel.

• Completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for HVAC, mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, with further qualifications as a master or technician being advantageous.

• Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Holder of a refrigeration certificate category 1, with an additional refrigeration certificate category 2 being beneficial.

• Valid driver's license of class B.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
