📋 Description

• Executing commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for system operators.

• Providing service-oriented advice to our heating trade customers both over the phone and in person to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in the technical field service within the expanded area of your deployment.

• Taking on on-call duty to ensure that our customers receive prompt assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training as a systems mechanic in HVAC, refrigeration technician, energy and building electronics technician, or electrician/electrical installer, with ideally further training as a master or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, for instance in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Possession of the refrigerant certificate category 1; additionally, category 2 refrigerant certificate is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license of class B.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
