Servicetechniker im Außendienst – Region Meßkirch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for plant operators.

• Providing service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies, both over the phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within an extended area of your deployment.

• Taking on on-call duties with the aim of assisting our customers as quickly as possible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), mechatronic technician for refrigeration technology, electronic technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, with ideally further training as a master or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, for example, in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Possession of the refrigeration certificate category 1, with an additional refrigeration certificate category 2 being advantageous.

• Valid driver's license of class B.

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
