This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Install, optimize, and maintain instruments.
• Troubleshoot and validate instruments.
• Document every intervention in line with Quality procedures.
• Notify customers upon completion of the intervention.
• Provide internal and/or external technical training on the instruments.
• Diploma or degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in a scientific field: chemistry, physical measurements, materials science.
• A valid driving license (category B) is required for daily travel.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in teaching and training.
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Thoroughness in tasks.
