This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Performs service and repairs on gas detection systems and equipment.
• Engages in on-site installation, commissioning, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Educates customers on the operation and maintenance of the systems.
• Serves as the company's contact for customers regarding administrative and technical issues related to assigned projects.
• Plans and executes routine service visits within a specified territory.
• Maintains an adequate level of spare parts in the company vehicle.
• Manages personal expenses in accordance with budgetary constraints.
• Submits weekly and monthly reports to the Service Manager.
• Proficient in fault finding.
• Capable of scheduling work diary efficiently.
• Computer literate.
• Able to interpret circuit diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Familiar with RA/MS and “Permit To Work” systems.
• Possesses a full driving license.
