This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Serves as the company's field representative at critical and highly sensitive locations.
• Assists with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software on complex integrated network systems.
• Supports regular, special, and integrated system test programs, which include scenario-based testing, developmental testing (DT), and operational testing (OT) at various locations.
• Represents customer needs within the Agile/Scrum software development process.
• Maintains an outstanding reputation through positive interactions with customers.
• Provides on-site support for cUAS systems installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conducts system testing, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure peak performance.
• Offers training to end-users and operators on cUAS equipment.
• Works collaboratively with engineering and support teams to address technical issues.
• Keeps up-to-date with advancements in cUAS technology and best practices.
• Ensures adherence to relevant safety, security, and operational protocols.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Over 3 years of experience with cUAS technologies or similar defense/security systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Familiarity with military standards and technical documentation.
• Experience in developing test cases to effectively validate software features.
• Capable of diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a 2-year post-secondary/Associate’s degree along with 6 years of related experience.
• Possession of a Department of Defense Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
• Experience with related technologies such as radar systems, electronic warfare, or surveillance systems is advantageous.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience troubleshooting technical and/or software products is necessary.
• Relevant technology industry certifications such as CompTIA’s A+/Network+/Security+/Server+, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc. are strongly preferred.
