📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for system operators.

• Providing service-oriented consultation to our heating contractor clients both over the phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in the technical field service within an extended area of your deployment.

• Taking on on-call duty with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training as a heating and plumbing mechanic, refrigeration technician, energy and building electronics technician, or electrician/electrical installer, with further training as a master craftsman or technician being advantageous.

• Professional experience in customer service, such as in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Possession of the refrigeration certificate category 1, with an additional refrigeration certificate category 2 being beneficial.

• Valid driver's license of class B.

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
