Servicetechniker Außendienst, m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execution of commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at customer sites and for system operators.

• Customer-focused consulting for heating contractors, both via phone and on-site, to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Assisting your colleagues in the technical field service within an extended radius of your work area.

• Taking on on-call duty with the aim of providing prompt assistance to our customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed specialized training as a systems mechanic for HVAC, refrigeration technician, energy and building electronics technician, or electrician/electrical installer, with ideally further education as a master or technician.

• Professional experience in customer service, such as in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or climate and ventilation technology.

• Possession of a refrigerant certificate Category 1; additionally, a refrigerant certificate Category 2 is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license of Class B.

• Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written.
